Morning- green tea,apple Breakfast-oats. Afternoon -salad ,lunch-2chapati,sabzi,curd Evening-6eggs ,protein shake. Dinner-chicken breast,salad. (Age-23 height-5,9 weight-74)
goal is to gain more muscle but stay lean

got derailed, want to loose weight now. Any suggestions for fat burner?

using Rasp 14supperrior fat burner.
Diet- 12eggs ,chicken 3 times in a week, oats , 2chapati with sabzi
